All domestic orders over $150 ship free and we have free shipping promotions from time to time for orders of lesser value & it will be clearly displayed on the website. You can sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop about deals & promotions.
We do not offer free shipping on international orders at this time
The item price & shipping costs do not include duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your package is delivered by the carrier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, you must file a complaint with your local carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels but we will gladly provide any information that may help with your filing.
You may return full priced items for a full refund (cost of item/s minus shipping costs) as long as you meet our return policy conditions within 7 days from your delivery date. Any returns made after this period will be denied. Items that are eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged garments.
